I'd like to see us add SPVC interworking to our charter.  

In talking to a fair number of service providers I've gotten the message
that deploying PWE3 is a bit of a non-starter without a reasonable
migration plan.  I think we would be foolish to leave this piece to some
other organization or to vendor proprietary means.
