That's the problem!

I know that I have lost this battle multiple times,
but I still don't buy the idea that the obvious tactic of using 
a double word header as the PW demux label  
makes the PSN into MPLS.

In particular, does the use of this format for the PW label
mean that one MUST support label stacking?
(I don't see how you can rule that out in an MPLS network.)

Does it rule out non-LDP control protocols for PW setup?
