[PWE3] regarding port mode enet-mib

Query 1:
  pwType could also be EthernetTagged with pwEnetVlanMode = portMode, 
  wherein the port is receiving packets with Service delimiting tags,
  and pw would carry them unchanged. is this understanding correct?
