[PWE3] Last Call: 'SONET/SDH Circuit Emulation over Packet (CEP)' to Proposed Standard (draft-ietf-pwe3-sonet)

The IESG has received a request from the Pseudo Wire Emulation Edge to 
Edge WG to consider the following document:

- 'SONET/SDH Circuit Emulation over Packet (CEP) '
   <draft-ietf-pwe3-sonet-13.txt> as a Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
