Hi All, Is PW status TLV defined in RFC 4447 to be used
for status notification ONLY when a fault occurs? The RFC doesn’t specify strictly that it SHOULD be
used only for faults, but I have seen that till now the TLV values/codes are
used for notifications/clearing of faults conditions only. Can it be extended
for notifying a non-fault condition that may require some state change at both
