RE: FW: [PWE3] comments on draft-ietf-pwe3-requirements-03.txt



Shahram is absolutely right wrt his observations.  He is saying the same as
I am, albeit framed in a different way.  So I'll say it again as follows:
We want independent fault/perf handling of layer networks period.  Anything
less than this is unacceptable (for a whole raft of reasons).

I actually thought Tom was agreeing to this in his last response to me
however.
