"blah blah etc." has been suitable translated by Yaakov to:

"synchronous bit streams at rates defined by G.702"

I was juts too lazy to do that myself ;-)

I agree with Yaakov i.e. use the _qualified_ definition of TDM, where TDM
means synchronous bit streams at rates defined by G.702.

Which nomenclature the "blah blah etc." ?   :-)

I still think we should go with "TDM"
and defining that (in the definitions document?)
to mean synchronous bit streams
at rates defined by G.702.

Otherwise we will need to say E1/T1/PDH/SDH,
and then give the normative references to all of them.
