So to summarize, what you have essentially stated is
that any interworking scenario that includes PW is not
going to meet your needs?

The other problems indicated have been the N2
interworking problem which I assume is mostly an
equipment vendor problem. Curious if and how this
creates a problem for operators?

Are there any other issues raised by this approach
(excluding for the moment that PW, MP2P, etc.) does
not meet your needs?
-Do service layers need to be able to do segment OAM
in the core (i.e. network interworking might create
transparency of the core)
