RE: [PWE3] Re: I-D ACTION:draft-vainshtein-cesopsn-06.txt

I am in favor this draft becoming a WG item. This standard is needed, and this approach seems to be the one that comes closer to catching significant support. The number of participants in the process supporting the standard seems to exceed by far the threshold that would ensure interoperable implementations and further advancement of the standard. Further work as WG item, and the quality review that standards track I-Ds go through will only help in refining the details and clearing up possible problems.
