I was not able to find an example of a global locator, in the current
IETF standards. Does anyone have an existing example?
I would have thought that a global-scope IPv6 address under a PA
prefix is certainly intended to be a global locator.
Before RFC 1597, I understood all IPv4 addresses to be intended to
be global locators.
