[Raven] Other standards bodies

The lawful interception of any telecommunications traffic is being explored
in other standards bodies. My own experience is in ETSI in which there are a
number of existing specifications in place to cover specific technolgies
(TETRA, GSM, 64k).

The ETSI position shall be debated later this month at a meeting in Sophia
Antipolis for at least the following technologies: GPRS; TIPHON; GSM; TETRA;

I will try and attend the next IETF meeting in Washington to follow this
more closely.
