[Raven] Wiretapping Policy
If the Internet is truly an international entity it should not respond
unilaterally to one government. It should also not be burdened with the
responsibility of resolving differences between governments on what is
legal. With issues such as "wiretapping" (the tip of the iceberg) the
IETF should call for international treaty resolution before responding with
any technical capability.
