Yep, BALANCE, so no absolute privacy with communication for 
the individual. With encryption there is no balance 
possible in the same domain so society has to use force in 
another domain, bugs in private lives of individuals.

If society put's you in jail or gives you death penalty I 
think that can be considered absolute precedence of 
rights over the rights of individuals.
