	If there is anything that we know about the real world, it is that if
law enforcement does not like you, they will dig until they find
something.  Everyone has broken the law in some way or another.  
	Do you really want Kenneth Star having access to all your personal
communications?  If you take a look at the actions and attitudes of
professionals in law enforcement, you will find him to be more the rule
than the exception.
