Actually, I'd much rather that if someone wanted to plant a bug in my
computer that they have to get a warrant, watch my home until all have
left, turn off the alarm systems and other detectors, follow all to be sure
no one returns while the buggers are in, crack the door, with some concern
that burglars are regularly shot dead in these parts and doing so is quite
legal if one feels one's life is endangered, and the monitoring is quite
expensive, etc.
If they just send have a GS-2 enter an ip address at the fort, and they've
got it, a reasonable case can be made that more will be done....
But I belabor the obvious.
