[rohc] EPIC-Lite software released version 1.10

ROHCers,

EPIC-Lite implementation release V1.10 is available on

     http://www.epic-lite.org

In version V1.10:
   - Huffman preprocessing is supported
   - SCTP is supported
   - full SCTP interoperability with Roke Manor is achieved
   - some bugs were discovered and removed
   - SCTP test archive is added

Please use V1.10 for future reference. V1.00 is removed.

We are sorry that program is based on already expired draft, but 
currently we have nothing better:

     draft-ietf-rohc-epic-lite-01.txt (already expired).

Test files are included for reference, this time archives for 
TCP, RTP and SCTP are separated.

We are working on DCCP profile (just for fun :) and have serious 
plans to implement multiple profile multiple flow functionality. 
As soon as new formal notation is stable, we hope to upgrade our 
program accordingly.
