This looks ok, I'll add a new section on aspects of
"context re-use" and include this text. I think we
should also say something about the compressor, like:
"When a ROHC compressor runs out of available
context identifiers or context memory resources,
it can re-use an already established context and
re-initialize it with IR for the new packet stream.
The context must then be handled as a new context,
which means compression must be carried out according
to the initial mode of operation (U-mode)."
It is probably also useful to spell out what you said
in your previous mail.
"Exactly how a decompressor detects that a context
is being re-initialized for a new flow is an
implementation detail, but one possible approach
could be to make a "diff" between all the STATIC-DEF
fields of the new IR and the old context."
