[rohc] An apology

Dear ROHCers,

Now the world of lawyers has also taken control over the old Swedish 
telecom industry, and as a Ericsson employers we will have to live
with all the depressing stupidity this brings. The disclaimer inserted
at the end of this message is one example, it's out of my control,
it's nonsense, and I am sorry for this. Unfortunately, I can not do
more than that, for the moment. Please simply ignore it!
