[rohc] Q) ROHC channel identifier.

Dear all, 

Let me ask you a question. 


An IP interface can have multiple ROHC channels, and a ROHC channel can have 
multiple Context IDs. 

Each ROHC packet header has Context ID(s) field, but there is no ROHC 
channel identifier field in a ROHC packet. 

Q) How does a lower layer know what the ROHC channel identifier is for a
ROHC packet?
