[rohc] Reg:Reordering in ROHC

Hi ROHCers...


I am having some doubt in re_ordering  in ROHC

In 5225  sec: 4.1 

Out-of-order delivery between compression endpoints

      The definition of the ROHCv2 profiles places no strict requirement
      on the delivery sequence between the compression endpoints, i.e.,
      packets may be received in a different order than the compressor
      has sent them and still have a fair probability of being
      successfully decompressed.


This means that almost no need to maintain the order
if so, then what is the use of getting the reorder packets after decompression  

i think after getting reorder packets decompressor has to decompress it and maintain those packets in order....
