RobHC charter (Was: Re: [robhc] Meeting at IETF47)

When the RobHC mailing list was announced, Mikael included a pointer to the
proposed charter and asked for comments. That was in the middle of December and
I can not see a reason to start a new discussion about the charter at this
moment. However, since December there have been some modifications due to IESG
comments, but it should be stable now awaiting the final IESG approval.

The charter has been (and still is) available at:
http://www.cdt.luth.se/~micke/robhc-charter.txt

(as announced December 14th)
There have been lots of time to comment on it.

Regards!!
