Well, your draft focuses on presenting ACE as a workable thesis,
rather than merely the details necessary for an interoperable
implemention. My impression is that the test results (section 12) and
conclusions would be more suited for a traditional paper comparing ACE
and 2508 in more detail that the draft could reference for support.
You'd have a clearer comparison showing the benefits of ACE, and a
clearer, shorter, draft.
btw, shouldn't the 'Intellectual Property Considerations' section be
up top in the 'Status of this Memo' section?
