Yes, I can. In fact header stripping is proposed for use for 
very special case in cell nets. As we have discussed and agreed
previously on this list header stripping has its domain of 
applicability in "vertically integrated Apps"[Magnus]. 
Stripping may be picked on a per service basis.
Hence some service awareness...
