First after reception of an ack for a PT2 packet, the compressor should expect
to get such acks for all PT2 events. This means that usage of PT2 acks must not
be pre-negotiated. How the compressor is supposed to make use of PT2 acks should
not be defined but up to the implementation to decide. That is my position.....
