Re: [rohc] Signaling compression



Folks, 

Just a gentle reminder that although anyone can work with anything they 
want, the *WG* can only take on as work items things that the IESG, 
usually in the shape of our Area Directors, have approved. 

The WG can of course have opinions about what it should take up as 
work items. I presume that it is this discussion Richard wanted to
get started. 

Please feel free to present your arguments for or aginst
ROHC picking up any of the proposed work items.
