I have a comment on ROHC -07:

Zhigang's mail (http://www.cdt.luth.se/robhc/msg01690.html) has not been
addressed. He proposed some hooks in the text describing the logic of
compressor/decompressor, to make it less restrictive for the R mode.
Essentially in the new text the compressor will transition to the SO state
when it determines the decompressor has acquired the pattern, but the
determination can be based on a variety of mechanisms, not necessarily the
receipt of 2 acks. By default, the mechanism is still 2 acks, so there is no
impact on the protocol on the wire as currently defined. Since I did not see
any disagreement with the proposal, may I request that the changes be
incorporated.
