Hi Lixia,

Are you looking for a protocol proposal (a la LISP) or would a process
proposal be considered? By a "process proposal" I mean something like:
"Complete the work in the multipathtcp wg with this list of
requirements, complete the work on the mif wg with this list of
requirements, etc."
