to further clarify:1/ since we made this final call for proposals and give it one-month of time, we do mean that whoever wants his/her proposal to be considered please raise hand one more time.
2/ I will collect a list of all the hands raised since last Friday, hopefully in next couple days and put on the RRG wiki page
