Dear all,

I see that this proposal is listed as "active" under LISP.   I would
propose that it be considered "not active", and that it be published as
Historic or Experimental, where the experiment has been done (there is
at least some code), and that we move along.  If someone wants to pick
up the work in the future, I would be happy to provide whatever guidance
I can, but NERD would need a lot of work to advance it at this point.
