Hi Lixia,

I raise my hand and ask kindly the RRG team to consider and evaluate
the hierarchical IPv4 framework,
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-frejborg-hipv4-04

Two new appendixes has been added, appendix B is about what can be
done to reduce the impact of multi-homing on the DFZ and appendix C is
a corner use case that could be solved by supporting, or not
supporting, NAT in the architecture. Both are depending upon what kind
of policies IETF, the RIRs and the service providers are keen to have.
