I am submitting the attached critique (for now) which
is based on critical comments from a few select emails
on the RRG list about this proposal.
Yes, the reader has to put in a little effort to understand referring
back to the figures or message flows in the slides (link provided).
The comments do form a good critique in my opinion.
I have included the necessary web links in the document.

Lixia has read this and has offered to "rewrite it in a more 
comprehensible way" later.
