[Rserpool] Simple changes needed to drafts and a question

Did a basic review of the current drafts as related to changes adopted and saw some minor changes that are still needed as summarized below.

1) (ASAP) In section 2.2 add line "0x0f - 0xff - (reserved by IETF)" to end of message list
2) (ASAP) In section 2.2.11 change "COOKIE" to "ASAP_COOKIE" like other messages
3) (ASAP) In section 2.2.13 change "BUSINESS_CARD" to "ASAP_BUSINESS_CARD" like other messages
4) (ASAP) In section 2.2.3, remove R flag since not needed with elimination of warning case. An operational error parameter included will signal a rejection.
5) (ASAP) In section 2.2.3, remove reference to warning case in operational error parameter discussion.
6) (Common Parameter) 3.10, change "9 Unknown Poor Handle" to "9 Unknown Pool Handle"
7) (ENRP) In section 3.5, replace "Unknown Poor Handle error" with "Unknown Pool Handle error"
8) (ENRP) In section 3.7.2, replace "In parallel, a SERVER_HUNT message should be issued per Section 3.6" with "In parallel, the server hunt procedure should be started as discussed in Section 3.6" since there is no SERVER_HUNT message.

Unrelated to the changes in the email attached below but is there are reason ASAP request/response messages take the general form of ASAP_XXX and ASAP_XXX_RESPONSE and ENRP messages take the general form ENRP_XXX_REQUEST and ENRP_XXX_RESPONSE?

Thanks
Walter
