Thank you for the reminder Sandy.

I was waiting for the 17th of November to pass in all parts of the world before making a consensus call on adoption as a working group document, allowing for the (admittedly unlikely) possibility of a last second flurry of objections to this proposed action. I'll post a summary of my view of the WG consensus on this call for document adoption in about 24 hours or so from now.
