I have to say I hate this. I've also never seen a requirement for the
ability to demux messages from a single connection onto man connections.
Can you help me understand where this requirement is coming from?



I think the real problem is not that we want to go out of our way to enable such behavior, but do not want to add the complexity necessary to ensure it never happens. I can think of some failure-recovery conditions that might cause out-of-order delivery.
