No and Yes.

Deadline for 3GPP release 6 is now December 3GPP plenaries (at start of December), already deferred from September.

The 3GPP Presence service merely applies IETF Presence to IMS functional entities and makes no other enhancements, other than those that are already being progressed through IETF. Therefore if IETF agree the change then they will fairly automatically transfer to the 3GPP usage.

However, if such changes require two or three more rounds of discussion, then this is obviously going to take more time than we have available. Can you have all the required documents available in IESG approved form by end November?
