Shouldn't an MSRP endpoint implement CPIM always? The draft
draft-ietf-simple-message-sessions-14 says as follows:
All MSRP endpoints MUST support the message/cpim
type, and SHOULD support the S/MIME[7] features of
that format.
Thus, even a conference-unaware participant should be able
to comply with a request to use "message/cpim" as a wrapper.
