So, I suggest nickname should be register in chat room, then your nickname
will not be stolen. If user come into chat room has not registered, server can
assign default nickname to him.
I was asking that this behavior be *permitted* but not *required*. This
is behavior I would desire from conference servers I deal with, but if
some servers choose to support only FCFS then that is ok with me. (I
will just try to avoid patronizing them.)
