[Simple] P-Charging-Vector header

Hello all,

 

Regarding the P-Charging-vector header (described in RFC 3455).

When a SIP Proxy receives this header in an incoming SIP request (let’s assume a SUBSCRIBE request), should this header be sent back in the 200 OK response (or any other response) and in subsequent in dialog messages (for example notifications)?
