[Simple] WGLC Summary for draft-ietf-simple-chat-04

Summary of the WGLC reviews.  If I have missed anything - please let me 
know.

Additions and changes going into -05:
1. Architectural diagrams or descriptions clarifying MSRP switch role 
towards MSRP relay, endpoints and focus
2. Clean up Section 6.2 on Private Messages
3. Various Nickname clarifications: terminology, privacy and security
4. Add normative reference to P-Asserted-Identity
5. Example of a Conference Event Package notification with a nickname 
element
6. Lots of requirement clean ups. Scary.
7. Clarification around conference "unaware" participants
8. MSRP switch needs to be made Message-Id stateful.  Add text.
9. More reporting model update - and removal.
10. Remove mixed media references
11. Add text on side effect when removing chat rooms. 
12. Add Multi-chunk example
13. Remove GRUU example
14. Add error response on private message
15. Various editorial fixes and simplifications
16. Add Mary and Ben to Acknowledgements

Currently not planed for -05
1. Reuse of nicknames is not part of the specification as it is 
considered to be part of the policy of the chat room.  Different chat 
rooms might have different policies regarding allocation of a nickname 
removed by another.
