Yes. I think we need this for other scnearios, the infamous "hotel" case
which has a similar architecture to the 3gpp configuration.

Yes. Now that the loose route stuff in bis has been sorted out, the path
header feeds nicely into it, as a way to learn a route set to reach a
resource.
