Re: [Sip] Contact header for PSTN 2 IP call

Hi ,

Assume that u are using the ISUP on the PSTN side , so on recieving the IAM ,at the Media Gateway u find that this is a SIP call ( PhonetoNet call) ...

U will send an invite out to the SIP Proxy ,with following content ....

INVITE sip:phonenumber@host ( Host will depend on the Proxy , to which u are sending the Request and how your proxy is configured to )
           From : sip:Mediagatewayname@host

Similarly other headers are also required ......

           The contact will be :

            contact:sip:Mediagatewayname@host:portnumber

Regards,
Jitender
