Sorry if I missed smth, but what was decided on silence suppression negotiation?
Don't you think that the following case (described in one of my previous mails):
(SIP UA) ----SIP---- (PSTN GW) ----SS7---- (PSTN GW) ----SIP---- (SIP UA)
makes such negotiation meaningful?
