[Sip] question on draft-sinnreich-sip-qos-osp-01

Hi all,
somebody knows what is the current state of
draft-sinnreich-sip-qos-osp-01 ? Or if there's some
further work on the linkage between call setup using
sip and end-to-end Qos setup.
