Slightly modified proposal:
1) UA MUST verify that the proxy supports STUN before sending it
2) UA MUST stop sending STUN if no response (with reasonable defined retry interval, perhaps next boot?)
For (1) we then have 2 defined alternatives: 1a) using OPTIONS 1b) using Proxy-Require
but in addition, we should allow for alternative indications/mechanisms that may be defined in future drafts (such as a flag in Service-Route)
