[Sip] "opaque"

The GRUU generation method specified in gruu-10 S. 9 involves
an "opaque" parameter. ISTM that this name is a mistake, for
two reasons:

1. Why does this parameter get named "opaque" where others
   don't? Isn't the "grid" just as opaque?
2. The fact that "opaque" is a term we use a lot in 
   technical discussion means that we're pretty much
   guaranteed to have conversations where people get 
   confused about whether they're talking about *an*
   opaque parameter or *the* opaque parameter.
