[Sip] Updated hitchhikers guide to SIP

  draft-ietf-sip-uri-list-message
* changed I-D reference for draft-ietf-sipping-uri-list-conferencing to
  draft-ietf-sip-uri-list-conferencing
* changed I-D reference for draft-ietf-sipping-multiple-refer to
  draft-ietf-sip-multiple-refer
