Outbound-05: Proxy STUN keepalive support flag (was: "RE: [Sip] Outbound Issues: slides 3 and 4")

Hi,

One of the issues we discussed earlier was to define a flag (URI
parameter, or something else) so that a proxy can indicate the support
of STUN keepalive. The proxy would insert this flag in the Path header,
and the Path header (or the Service-Route, if Jonathan's route-construct
draft is adopted) would then be returned to the user.

(The advantage of this is that the UA would not have to send OPTIONS, or
send let's-try-and-see STUN requests, to find out whether the edge proxy
supports it or not)
