[Sip] Individual draft with implications for draft-ietf-sip-location-conveyance

The draft-peterson-geopriv-retransmission draft is being discussed on  
the geopriv list. This is just an individual 00 draft at this point  
but if the geopriv group decided they had consensus for this something  
along the lines of this draft, it would imply changes to draft-ietf- 
sip-location-conveyance. If you are interested, please send comments  
about the raft-peterson-geopriv-retransmission draft to the geopriv  
list.
