I wrote that text in the DTLS-SRTP framework document and when I wrote 
it I did not think about E.164 number usage.

As mentioned at the last meeting a bit more detail about the different 
use cases needs to be written. .

I don't think that there is a lot (if any) benefit of using SIP Identity 
when the call comes from the PSTN.
