[Sip] Server for testing

Hi ,

 

 I need an opens source or freeware server that can provide Voice Mail ,Conferencing and Mobility functionalities to H.323 and a SIP endpoints. Is Asterisk the only option or are there any other such servers available for testing ?

 

 Kindly do provide your valuable suggestions .Awaiting an earliest response.
